Exchange Strategy for Implementation Network of the Food Diversification Policy in Indonesia

The survival of a network organization as policy implementer depends on the exchange resources between actors. Various studies have explained this process, but in study, was identified strategy to improve performance policy. main objective study is explain mechanism for implementation food diversification Indonesia. research method used qualitative approach and case Data collection in-depth interviews documentation. processing analysis involve data reduction, presentation, concluding. results showed that policies not yet effective. This caused by has been effective either. indicated conditions actors, form demand uncertainty, task complexity, asset specificity, frequency supported same social mechanisms restricted access, macro culture, collective sanctions, reputation facilitated successful policy.
